Popois – the warrior from Shíshálh nation that speaks for the Hereditary Original Peoples of Kanat`an.

Learning of the impact on UNDRIP to the title holders in BC and Canada will be a peaceful transition by design of Natural Law.

Recently, I’ve had an opportunity to speak with Popois, Headsman of the Peoples of the Salmon, who stand with the Hereditary Original Peoples of Kanat`an on-Turtle Island.

We spoke about how UNDRIP and Bill C-15 is an acknowledgement of the lands being unceded and they are under the authority of the “Indigenous.”[1]

The only good thing about UNDRIP’s involvement in this, is that they recognize these Rights of the Original Peoples in International Law, otherwise the UN has no rights to be here on this land whatsoever.

Whenever an international law comes into the mix in political affairs of jurisdictions it can darken the already murky waters of comprehensive understanding.

First on order is the concept of many people who consider themselves as ‘Title Holders’ of land and home ownership. According to UNDRIP, these lands belong to the Indigenous so this acknowledgement was adopted by the UN General Assembly September 13 2007, Endorsed into the laws of BC legislature and supported 100% in November 2019 and became law in Canada on June 21, 2021.

What changes have occurred since these laws have come into fruition is important to realize that there is no need to panic. But one can begin to wonder why aren’t our mortgages and titles shifting over from the banks and CMHC to the indigenous?

In T 1143-11 Federal Court April 23, 2012 Mus swiya versus the Royal Bank.

·       The Crown is in nether title of nor possession of the lands to fee simple or Crown Lands.

·       The Crown in the case of Tsilqo`ten (Chilcotin) in June of 2014, gave back all lands to these peoples.

This means that all lands have been returned to the Said Indians because the lands have never been ceded. The CROWN CANADA INC. are in a Conflict of Interest to the Original Peoples.

On re-establishing our governance and Alliance of Kanat`an, ‘eye of camel treaty’ [2]in 408 AD (of course they already knew North America’s existed), the clan mothers have risen to be this governance and to create a peaceful and just transition.

Popois with his wisdom and realization that due to the genocides to the people’s of Kanat`an on-Turtle Island, that if not for the mix of our genes of our peoples, we the original peoples may not have survived.

Popois created the group ‘Peoples of the Salmon' formed to invite settlers on Kanat`an to join the rainbow clan of Wolverines.

The Nation, in collaboration with Wolverines, joined as a society to walk with the Salish Nation of the “Shishalh” that understand that the First Law of the Land has existed with Our Peoples for millennia

To understand that by following this form of New Governance – Common Law, by a Flag for a New Country, Kanat`an by a Decree, Constitution or Treaty.

There is much to learn and to shift towards the Spirituality for all Humanity to join the Original Peoples. The clan mothers will show the path of a matriarchal society and connection with all beings on the planet as a sacred part of the process.
